This is a straight conversion of the BMP
image to PNG. It should be just as high quality as the uncompressed bmp image
(but smaller due to PNG's built-in compression). If you are trying to make a new
size of image, this is probably the best image to start with.

Shrunken version of the above. (It is
actually created by shrinking the bmp version and then converting to png).
